Return and Refund policy

📦 Returns
Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return: Returns are accepted by mail only.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply.

🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or item? Email us at contact@valeriocouture.com and we’ll be happy to help with your exchange.

💳 Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We’ll email you once your refund has been completed.
